Collection and processing of personal data
The Fundação da Juventude is a private, public interest, non-profit institution focused on Training, Entrepreneurship and support for Youth Employment. It was created by notarial deed on September 25, 1989, and has its Headquarters in the city of Porto, with a Delegation in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley Region. The Foundation’s mission is to carry out or support initiatives aimed at promoting the integration of young people into active and professional life.
Data may be collected through the Youth Foundation website, by e-mail, telephone contact or in person, either at the Foundation’s premises (Porto and Lisbon) or in competitions and events that the Foundation organizes and participates in.
Types of personal data that will be processed: all those facilitated at the time of registration in one of the initiatives developed by the Youth Foundation.
Collection and processing of personal data of minors
The personal data of minors are collected and processed with the prior consent of their legal representatives. Legal representatives have the right to access the information and/or request the deletion of the data.
Purposes of processing personal data
Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
·Professional Training – the activity of Professional Training implies the organization of Training actions (Learning System, Modular Training, etc…). Enrollment in these actions is only made with the provision of personal data to the actors of the Foundation’s responsible services.
·Employment and Entrepreneurship – under this activity axis, the Foundation develops internship programs, training actions and competitions. Registration and attendance at these actions is only done with the provision of personal data to those involved in the Foundation’s responsible services.
·Citizenship and Volunteering – the Foundation develops Active Citizenship and Youth Volunteering Programs. Registration and attendance at these actions is only done by providing personal data to the Foundation’s responsible services.
·Creativity and Innovation – the Foundation develops competitions that promote creativity. Registration and attendance at these actions is only done by providing personal data to those involved in the Foundation’s responsible services.
·Science and Technology – The Fundação de Juventude is today a reference player at national and European level in the area of Science and Technology, organizing Competitions, Exhibitions and Participations in International events. Registration and attendance at these actions is only done with the provision of personal data to the Foundation’s responsible services.
·Marketing – After express consent or registration in the form on the website, the Foundation will send information about its initiatives to authorized contacts. You can revoke this consent at any time: in the case of the newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link in the footer; to revoke authorization for telephone contact, you must send this request in writing to the Youth Foundation (info@fjuventude.pt).
